solemnly swear that I (We) understand that this information is furnished for the purpose of obtaining business credit from Curry Printing, Inc. I (We) maintain that I am (we are) authorized, in my (our) capacity, to bind my (our) firm to all terms and conditions stated herein, in the event that our firm is granted a credit account. I (We) understand that submission of this information by itself does not necessarily constitute granting of a credit account to our company by Curry Printing, Inc. I (We) understand that granting of such credit privileges to our company is at the sole discretion of Curry Printing, Inc. I (We) agree that should such account be granted that all accounts or monies shall be due and payable at Curry Printing, Inc. place of business, in Euless, Tarrant County, Texas in accordance with the terms stated herein. NOTE: I (We) agree that all payments are to be made to Curry Printing, 1109 Pamela Drive, Euless, Tarrant County, Texas 76040. I (We) understand that terms are NET THIRTY DAYS. I (We) understand that credit terms may be revoked at any time at the discretion of Curry Printing, Inc. for any reason. I (We) understand that Curry Printing, Inc, will collect certain taxes as obligated by law. I (We) understand that Curry Printing will accept a valid Exemption Certificate. I (We) understand that if an Exemption Certificate previously accepted is not recognized by the taxing authority and Curry Printing is required to pay the tax, I (We) will agree to reimburse promptly to Curry Printing for the taxes paid. I (We) understand that such taxes will be billed separately to us. I (We) agree that interest may be charged and must be paid from maturity on any and all obligations and debts not paid in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein at the maximum rate allowed by law. I (We) further agree that as the undersigned, we will pay an additional amount for any and all associated fees incurred should this account be placed for collection with any attorney or other collections agent representing Curry Printing, Inc.
