Kesleigh Dougherty is a highly-skilled video editor and producer, recognized for her outstanding contributions to the entertainment industry. Prior to her freelance endeavors with Cashmere Agency and Rebel AV, Kesleigh made significant contributions as an editor at Ammo Creative, where she played a pivotal role in crafting digital advertising campaigns that received critical acclaim. Her recent credits include noteworthy projects such as Strays from Universal Studios, Avatar: The Way of Water for Disney, Warrior for HBO Max, and Hocus Pocus 2 for Disney. Additionally, she has lent her talents to The Woman King from Sony, The King’s Man by 20th Century Studios, Barbie: It Takes Two on Netflix, and The Beatles: Get Back for Disney.
In 2014, Kesleigh earned her B.F.A. in Film Editing and Sound Design from the esteemed School of Filmmaking at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, solidifying her expertise in the craft. Her foundation in film editing has been a cornerstone of her success, enabling her to consistently deliver exceptional work across various mediums, including social media, film, and advertisement editing.
Beyond her professional achievements, Kesleigh is an Adjunct Professor of Practice in Film Editing at SMU. Currently residing in Dallas with her husband Tommy and daughter Magnolia, she continues to leave an indelible mark on the industry, showcasing her passion for storytelling through the art of editing.
