Wilson’s Seafood was born of a New Orleans chef, the late David C. Wilson, Sr., who found his passion sharing his culinary skills with the people of Texas. As they say in Louisiana, “Lassiez les bon temps rouleir!” Or translated, “Let the good times roll!”
Today, Wilson’s Seafood, a fun restaurant focused on Cajun and Creole scratch cooking, is the creation of his son, Shawn Wilson, who continues his legacy and turned to us to design their brand, menu, emails, and website in a way that tells their story and visually communicates the delicious, delectable experience that is Wilson’s Seafood.
