Welcome to our FTP information page. Here you will find information to help you setup your computer to electronically send us your digital files.

Email is very limited in the file size that can be attached to a message. We accept files under 1-MB via email. Larger files should be transferred via FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

If you use a "Windows" computer you will need FTP software to utilize our system. If you already have an FTP client application, you can simply set it up using the basic parameters illustrated below. You will need a user name and password.Please contact us via email here for more information.

To protect your files and ours from unauthorized access we don't allow guest connections,. If you need a "Windows" compatible FTP client you can download a free 30 evaluation copy here.

If you use a Macintosh, we suggest using Fetch. You can download it here.

Below is a screenshot showing the proper setup of Fetch for use with our servers, PC setups should be similar.
